This picture shows the first four boxes of the Diver Sequence. The sequence was devised to enable students to
learn a group of asanas which
they could easily practise at home or at work. The Diver Sequence may be practised as a
flowing series of movements with the breath or, for those who are adept, asanas may be held for
a longer period of time whilst breathing naturally. The feet are a hip width apart throughout
the whole practice, so it does not require a lot of space.
